This ioun stone gleams dark green, like a hardened globe of troll blood. Legend tells of its creation from the blood of seven different trolls, each one captured and then subjected to magical experiments for seven nights. The resulting ioun stone both grants its user a weaker form a troll's healing ability and increases their martial prowess against trolls.
